Directions to Campground
Coming in from the North, take US 168 (BY-Pass) South, from Interstate 64, in
Virginia towards Nags Head and Outer Banks. Cross NC/VA line and it is 15
miles to Bells Island Rd. Left and follow on to island, keep straight 3 miles, until
you see the campground on left side.
From Outer Banks go North on NC 168, until you reach Currituck and take right
on Bells Island Rd. Between US 158 and US 34.
From Elizabeth City, North Carolina, either US 158 or US 34 East will bring you to
168, North and South. From US 34, make a left and go 4miles.
US 158 WEST, stay straight at 158/168 intersection through stoplight, then 4.5
miles north on NC 168, turn right onto Bells Island Rd. (SR 1245), then 3 miles
and campground is on left, miles on left.
Virginia towards Nags Head and Outer Banks. Cross NC/VA line and it is 15
miles to Bells Island Rd. Left and follow on to island, keep straight 3 miles, until
you see the campground on left side.
From Outer Banks go North on NC 168, until you reach Currituck and take right
on Bells Island Rd. Between US 158 and US 34.
